All payments are processed through a third party company - PayPal. We do not store/process any credit card information through our website.
Accuracy
The reliability and accuracy of the email verification depends on lots of external factors because it involves communication with external mail servers. If the target mail server do not co-operate or if it is configured in such a way that it doesn not follow standard email protocol then it may affect the email validation result produced by our software.
Turnaround time
On average, it will take somewhere around few hours to a day, for any email lists (upto 390k). Smaller lists (with few hundred emails) may not take more than an hour. It also depends on the server load. You will be notified on completion though.
About The service
It is a web based service for validating your email lists. We assume that the emails have been collected in ethical manner and are in compliance with spam laws of respective countries.
You may not use this service for validating emails, if the emails have been acquired without the user is consent.
Refund Policy
We do not offer any refund. However, if the credits can not be utilized for validating emails (due to any technical reason on our side e.g any server related problems), then we may offer partial or full refund.
